 Steps to add photos & other attachments to ticket:

 

Step 1: Login to MyGofrugal app with your respective user ID. Once you have logged in with your user ID, you can select the “Tickets” option from the menu.


 

 

 

 

 

 Alternate option: Or simply click on the “Ticket” icon below in My Dashboards.

 

 

 

 


 

Step 2: Click on the “+” icon, to create a new ticket

 

 

 

 

 

 Step 3: To add photos or any attachments to a ticket, Click on the “+” icon at the bottom of the screen.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Step 4: You can attach single or multiple photos or any other attachments as shown below.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Step 5: After adding the attachments, click on the Save icon in the top right corner.
