How to cancel a KOT?

Cancel a KOT
It helps you to cancel the KOT taken for your guest.

Step for cancellation of a KOT
  1. In the Table screen, tap the Occupied Table (Orange Color).



  2. The Table screen is displayed.



  3. Tap Cancel icon.
  4. A message Do you really want to Cancel KOT Number <<KOT NUMBER>> is displayed.



  5. Tap Yes.
  6. A confirmation message KOT No: <<KOT Number>> Cancelled is displayed.



  7. Tap OK to cancel the KOT.
