How to check the Stock Ledger in Inventory for Damaged products?
The steps for checking the Stock Ledger in Inventory for different items are given below -
- Click Inventory > Stock Ledger or press Ctrl + G.
- The Stock Ledger screen is displayed.
- Click Period or press F4.
Note: It is recommended that click Period or press F4 to get the complete inward and outward flow of items. - The Filter by screen with From and To date is displayed.
- In the Filter by section -
- In the From date field, enter the date from which the stock ledger details is to be displayed.
- In the To date field, enter the date till which the stock ledger details is to be displayed.
- In the Item field, DELETE the item field. Press ENTER. A List of Items is displayed. Select the items. Press ENTER.
- In the Producttype field, select the product type. Press ENTER.
- The Stock Ledger screen for selected items is displayed.
- In the Stock Ledger section -
- In the Date field, the date wise item is displayed.
- In the Ref No field, the reference number for different item process is displayed.
- In the Type field, different types like Opening Stock, Damage Items, Wastage Items and Present Items are displayed.
- In the InStock field, the stock input is displayed.
- In the OutStock field, the stock output is displayed.
- In the ClosStock field, the closing stock for items is displayed.
- Click Exit or press F6 to exit the screen.
- A confirmation message is displayed. Click Yes.
