This document explains how to perform a bulk update on contact information within the Contact Master module of GOFRUGAL HQ. This functionality is beneficial when you need to modify the same details for multiple contacts simultaneously.

Benefits of bulk update

• Saves time and effort compared to manually updating each contact.

• Ensures consistency in data across multiple contacts.

• Minimizes the risk of errors during individual updates.

Steps for using bulk update

1. Click on MDM > Contact Master Management > Contact Master Bulk Update.

2. Select the Customer, Supplier, or Manufacturer from the list.

3. Select All Outlets or Outlet Specific from the list based on your needs. Then click Go.

4. Click Filter and search contacts using the different filters available.

5. Click Manage Columns to bring up the Manage Columns window.

6. Enable or disable the desired fields by checking or unchecking the boxes in the list.

7. To save your changes, click Save Configuration, or click Dismiss to reset the changes. If you want to check all the boxes at once, check the Select All box.

8. Now locate the columns you want and start populating.

Note: You can select the predefined values from the list, or you can copy and paste in options.

9. Click Update to complete the process.
