This guide provides step-by-step instructions for creating and managing bookmarks in reports. Bookmarks enable you to save report configurations with specific filter settings for quick access and sharing across different outlets.

Creating a Bookmark
Step 1: Navigate to the Report
For Eg: Open the desired sales report in Gofrugal application by following this path: Reports → Sales → Analysis → Sales Detail → Itemwise
Note: This feature works with any available report type.
Step 2: Configure Report Settings
The POS will redirect you to the GoAct Smart Report interface. Configure the following:
Select the appropriate date range
Apply desired filters
Confirm your selections
Step 3: Save the Bookmark
Locate and click the bookmark icon in the report interface
Enter a descriptive title for your bookmark
Click Save
Your bookmark is now created and can be accessed through the "Access Your Bookmark" option under the filters section.
Importing and Exporting Bookmarks
Exporting Bookmarks
Navigate to the Import/Export Bookmarks tab
Select the bookmarks you wish to export
Complete the export process
Importing Bookmarks
Open the Import/Export Bookmarks tab
Select the import option
Choose the bookmark file to import
Complete the import process
