Key Steps to Follow :-

Step 1: Initially, it is necessary to enter the server name and port number at the beginning of the mail server configuration.

I) The server name and port number for outgoing mail on Gmail are:

Server name: smtp.gmail.com

Port: 465 for SSL, or 587 for TLS

II) For any other private mail domains, such as those acquired from third-party domain providers, users can verify their server name and port number.

To find details open your email client, navigate to account settings, and look for the outgoing server (SMTP) settings. The SMTP server address and port number will be listed there.

Step 2: It is necessary to activate the Requires Authentication in order to provide the username and password for the email account.

Step 3: Please provide your email username and app password. Open your Gmail and create an app password, enter these details in the respective username and password fields, and ensure that the status is set to active.

Step 4: Set TLS status as True means Yes.

Step 5: Please enter your email address in the "From E-mail ID" field, which will be your send mail ID.

Step 6: Please provide a different email address in the "To E-Mail ID" field to assess whether the configuration is functioning correctly. After you click on the "send test mail" option, a test email will be sent to you.
