How to restore your data base?

Steps for Database restoration

The steps for restoring the database are given below:- 

1. Right click on the GoFrugal RPOS6 icon on the desktop

2. Click on Properties.

3. The GoFrugal RPOS6 Properties screen is displayed.

4. Click on the Find target button.

5. The GoFrugal RPOS6 Application path is displayed.

 

Note: you should have checked the path where the latest backup files are located. So it will be easier to fetched at the time of restoration.

 

6. Open the CrashRestore6500 file.

 

7. The CrashRestore (RPOS 6500) screen is displayed.

8. Click on the Crash Restore option.

9. Double click the Select DB for database RPOS - Medishopdb.

10. Select the latest backup file which is available according to individual database.

11. Double Click the Select DB for database Trac - RposTracDb.

12. Select the latest backup file which is available according to individual database.

13.Double Click the Select DB for database Audit - RposAuditDb.

14. Select the latest backup file which is available according to individual database.

15. Click the Restore button.

16. Select the ' Force-restore database' option.

17. A message box 'Database Restore Warning' is displayed. Type the verification code and click continue.

18. A message box 'Database Restore' screen is displayed. Click OK.

19. The restoration process will done one by one.

 

20. Close the Database Restore screen.

Now it is ready to access the software with the restored database.
