1. User not Registered or Username/ Password is wrong
- If a user is not registered, register in E-Invoice Portal (https://einvoice1.gst.gov.in/). To know how to register, please click here.
- If the user is registered, please ensure the correct username and password is given. If the password is not working or the password is forgotten change the password in the E-Invoice portal
- If everything is correct, Please check if the E-Invoice is registered against the right company (if there is more than one company in TFA). If not registered against the right company, please change the company in the top left corner and then register in "Connect To E-Invoice Portal" again
2. Invalid GSTIN Error
Following is the cause
It could be because the GSTIN of the authenticated user for this e-invoice generation would be different from the GSTIN in seller details (company). That is, at the time of registration, the GSTIN would have been different from while generating the e-invoice.
Solution: Go to the "More > Connect To E-invoice" menu in TFA and register the username and password again with the current company GST number and try again
3. IRN details cannot be provided as it is generated more than {0} days prior
- The reason for this issue is the IRN is already generated for the Invoice number against the same GST number (customer's GST number) before two days.
- If there is only one such invoice number and no duplication found in the outlet, needs to be checked if the customer has more than one outlet for the same GST number and IRN is generated for that invoice number in some other outlet. If this is the case, it can be resolved by changing the invoice prefix for which the IRN generation is failed
4. Requested IRN Data is not available:
