Steps to Add Multiple Address

  • Enable the 'Enable Multiple Address for Customer and Supplier' configuration to add multiple addresses to Customer master and click Save.

 

 

 

Steps to Add Multiple Contact Details

1.Go to Master → Customer Master → Edit the respective customer and navigate to 'Contact Details'

2.You can able to see the 'Add New Contact' and fill in the address

details and update.

 

3. You can also use the 'Shipping' in the Sales Quotation screen by pressing 'Shift+F11' and add the additional shipping address.

How to delete an item in Sales Quotation?

  1. Click on the Qty field of the corresponding item.

  2. Press the Delete button. A confirmation message will appear.

  3. Click OK to confirm the deletion.

Why is the 'Ship From' option not visible in my Sales Quotation?  

Ensure that the setting 'Show Ship From Branch in Sales Order and Quotation' is enabled under Tools > Configuration > Business Configuration > Process Outward section.

Can I use this feature if I manage only one branch?  

No, this function is applicable only when you manage multiple branches in TruePOS.

Why is the Customer branch required to be 'GLOBAL'?  

Setting the Customer branch to 'GLOBAL' ensures that the quotation can be fulfilled from different branches instead of being restricted to a single branch.

Can I modify the 'Ship From' branch after saving the quotation?  

No, once a quotation is saved, the 'Ship From' branch cannot be modified. You must create a new quotation if changes are required.

What happens after I create the Sales Quotation?  

Once the quotation is created, the Delivery Note is generated from the Delivery Branch, and a Sales Bill is created accordingly.
