How to Inactive the User?
Purpose of Inactivating the User:
When the user is leaving the company and not going to use the application at any cost, then we can Inactivate the user that is created.
Steps to Inactivate the User:
1. Click on Tools--Configurations---Security Manager
2. Click on the Users, it will display the list of users that is created.
3. Select the User and click on Edit against that user to Inactivate.
4. Highlight the Active Status and Press Enter, as shown in the image Select Inactive and save it. Hence the User will get Inactivated.
