How to Make Bills for Assembly Items

 

Purpose : An assembly is made up of other items in your inventory; so when you build an assembly item,

you can only build as many as you have components

 

Steps to Make bills for Assembly Bills:

 

  1. Click Sales> Sales bill.

  1. Type item code or item name or press ENTER

 

  1. Select the item name from the list.

  2. Fill selling quantity in Qty and press ENTER.

  3. See the stock status, if insufficient stock in the products assembled, can select substitute and click OK

 

  1. Click F6 or click Save.

  2. Fill tender details

  1. Click OK.

 

 


To Check in reports :

 

Kindly go to the path "Reports --> Sales --> Sales --> Billwise Itemwise Sales With Assembly Details (Report ID : 116531)" --> Select the respective date range and location and fetch the reports.

Can we map the serial items in the Assembly screen?
No we cant map the serial items on the assembly screen.

Can we be able to add the stock for the Assembly item?
No we cannot able to add the stocks for the Assembly items
