How to set Sales Target in RetailEasy On Cloud

Purpose: Sales targets can be set for each outlet monthly using the previous year’s monthly sales, along with a defined growth percentage.

 

For Example: If Outlet A sold 10 Lakhs in May 2022, the target for May 2023 would be 11 Lakhs, calculated with a 10% growth rate.

 

Steps to Create Sales Target :-

1. Navigate to Sales  → More → Sales Target.

 

 

 

2. In the Sales Target Screen -> Click on Add New Target.

 

 

 

3. Enter the necessary details for adding the Sales Target:

 

  • Specify the Name of the sales target.

  • Configure the specific location.

  • Map the Month and Year.

  • Set the status to Active.

 

Now we can see the "Last Year Month Target" based on Item, Category or Brand.

 

 

 

 

 

4. Enter the Growth Percentage.

  • The Growth Percentage can be configured item-wise, category-wise, or brand-wise as required, based on the previous year's monthly target.

  • The Current Year Sales Target is calculated using the following formula:
    Current Year Sales Target = (Last Year Monthly Target × Growth Percentage / 100) + Last Year Monthly Target.

 

For Example:

 

Last Year Month Target were ="946.16"

Growth percentage Given = 10%

 

             Current Year Sales Target = 946.16 x 10

                                                         _________ +  946.16

                                                             100

              Current year Sales Target will be =1040.776

 

 

 

After Configuring the "Growth Percentage" for the item, It will automatically calculates the Current year sales target. Kindly refer to the Screenshot.


 

 

 

5.Click on Declare Incentive which is mandatory to Configure

6.. Select the Incentive Type:

  • Choose from Amount, Percentage, or Gift.

  • Incentives are configured at the target level.

 

 

 

 

7. Configure Incentive Slabs:

  • Enter the Achieved Target From

  • Enter the Achieved Target To

  • Enter the Incentive Value

  • Click on Save to add the slab.

 

 

8.The Reports can be fetched based on the "Target Type" Category /Item/ Brand.Now you can verify the Sales Target details in Reports.

  • Navigate to Reports → My Reports → Sales Target report.

  • Select the Target Type

  • Click Apply.

 

The Report can be fetched and Growth percentage and target name further details will be shown in the report.
