Loyalty Redemption Report
The report on Loyalty can be generated by two ways-
Loyalty - Date/Customer Wise Summary
The report on Loyalty can be generated by two ways-
- Loyalty - Date/Customer Wise Summary
- Loyalty - Customer Wise Detailed
Loyalty - Date/Customer Wise Summary
- Click Report > Sales > CRM > Loyalty - Date/Customer Wise Summary.
- The Data Filter screen is displayed.
Note: You can select any of the options to filter the data -
- Number of Day - To filter the data for the number of days specified.
- Month - To filter the data by number of month specified.
- Transaction Date - To filter the data between two dates.
- Click Go or press F2 key to display Report Filter screen.
- In the Offer field, press ENTER. A list of Offer screen is displayed, select the offer by pressing SPACE BAR.
- In the Customer Details filed, press ENTER. A list of Customer Details screen is displayed, select the customer by pressing SPACE BAR.
- Click Apply or press F2 key to see the Loyalty - Date/Customer Wise Summary.
- Click Report > Sales > CRM > Loyalty - Customer Wise Detailed.
Note: Follow the step 2 to 6 as above step in Loyalty - Customer Wise Detailed.
