Main Menu in GoAct

Purpose  

This help document explains the Main Menu in Zoho POS. From here, you can quickly access POS Reports, Account Reports, Master Lists, App Sessions, and more. It also guides you on how to navigate these options easily.

Benefits  

  • Learn how to view all POS-related reports such as sales, purchases, inventory, and other key insights.

  • Access detailed account reports, including Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, Bank Reconciliation, and Ledger based on your entries.

  • Easily upload images for items and categories.

  • Track and review app sessions whenever needed.

Key Steps  

  • On the top-left corner of the Dashboard, click the Main Menu icon (three horizontal lines).

  • Inside the menu, you’ll find the following sections:

 

I) Favourite Menu: For every report, you’ll see a star icon. Click it to mark a report as a favourite. These saved items will appear under the Favourites tab.

 

II) Recent Menu: Any report you open from the Main Menu will automatically be listed under the Recents tab for quick access.

 

III) Reports : This section gives you a complete overview of POS reports, their features, and limitations. You can also access report settings, create pivot tables, and explore other reporting tools.

 

IV) Account Reports : View all account-related reports here. This includes Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, and Trial Balance, presented in a simple and user-friendly format.

V) Master List : The Master List includes both Item Master and Category Master.
You can upload images for each item and category.

Note:

  • For matrix items, you can upload images for every item combination.

  • Bulk image upload is not supported; only single image upload is available.

 

Conclusion :- The Main Menu helps you quickly access all essential POS and account reports, upload item images with ease, and keep track of app sessions—all in one place.
