Introduction to Offer Families
The Offer family in RPOS7 comprise about 46 offers which are grouped under the following main families:
1. Bill Offer - Offer given for the total bill amount
2. Category Offer - Offer given for a particular category (and for the specified bill amount)
3. Item Offer - Offer given on certain specific items (and for the specified bill amount)
4. Group offer - Offer given on a specific item group (and for the specified bill amount)
5. Customized Offer - User can customize the offer program based on requirement.
1. Click Sales >> Offer Management to open the Offer Management screen.
2. Press F9 (Offer Family) key to view the Offer family list.
By default, all the offers in the Offer family list is Active. Only those offers which are activated in the Offer Family List screen will be displayed in the LOV which is shown below. To-deactivate the offers, clear the respective checkbox and click Update.
