Purpose of viewing the Sales report: To analyze the sales of all the branches using the provided reports, here’s how you can utilize each of them:

1. Daily Sales [Bill No Wise]  

  • Purpose: This report breaks down daily sales transactions by individual bill numbers.

  • Analysis:

    • Analyze the total number of transactions.

    • Track customer purchasing patterns, peak hours, and average bill value.

    • Identify high-ticket transactions and low-performing sales days.

    • Cross-check with other reports to validate consistency.

2. Daily Sales Summary (Store Wise)  

  • Purpose: Provides a daily sales breakdown by each store or branch.

  • Analysis:

    • Compare sales performance across branches.

    • Identify high-performing stores and potential underperformers.

    • Spot trends in sales fluctuations (e.g., if certain stores have peak sales on specific days).

3. Monthly Sales Summary (Till Wise)  

  • Purpose: Breaks down monthly sales by individual cash registers or tills.

  • Analysis:

    • Track sales efficiency per register.

    • Identify discrepancies or variances in till performance across different days of the month.

    • Track sales volume based on peak and off-peak hours to optimize staff allocation.

4. Monthly Sales Summary [Store Wise]  

  • Purpose: Summarizes monthly sales data by each store.

  • Analysis:

    • Track monthly performance across multiple stores.

    • Compare month-over-month growth, and identify seasonal trends or sales cycles.

    • Look for sales consistency or lack thereof across locations.

5. Billwise Itemwise Sales Detail  

  • Purpose: Provides detailed information of each item sold per bill.

  • Analysis:

    • Identify top-selling items, which can help optimize inventory or marketing efforts.

    • Spot any inconsistencies in the pricing or discounts applied per bill.

    • Track item popularity trends and plan future stock accordingly.

6. GST Sales Summary  

  • Purpose: Summarizes sales that are subject to GST (Goods and Services Tax).

  • Analysis:

    • Cross-check sales against tax liabilities.

    • Validate GST payments and compliance across all branches.

    • Review product categories and their respective GST impacts.

    • Ensure that GST calculations are accurate and aligned with the accounting records.

7. Daily Sales [Bill No Wise with Time Filter]  

  • Purpose: Similar to the "Bill No Wise" report but with time filtering, likely segmented by time of day.

  • Analysis:

8. Offline Sales Detail  

  • Purpose: Breakdown of sales posted in offline (not through digital or online transactions).
