Webapp Upgrader - Install/ Update failure
When any of the addons look as in the above image, try again by clicking UPDATE/ INSTALL button. If still failing, then do the following
Check the failure message:
- If it is related to an Internet connection, check the speed and try again.
- If it is related to the unreachability of any GFT domains like sam.gofrugal.com or download.gofrugal.com, check firewall and antivirus settings. If it still fails, report to the respective addon product team
- If the base product patch has just been completed and all the services are just started, then wait for the install process to complete as each addon will be installed sequentially
- Hover the mouse over the 'i' icon where it displayed the exact error below
NOTE: If any of the points were not able to find in the UI (red icon), then check the logs tagged with [WEBAPP-UPGRADER] in the wrapper log file.
Please report to the support team, if above steps did not help
