Configuration to return items during delivery

Whenever a delivery boy is delivering a bill they can be allowed to accept return items due to any damage or if the product is missing, in order to perform the return during the delivery a configuration called 'Allow to mark as return in GoDeliver app' needs to be enabled. So during the delivery the item need to be marked in the GoDeliver app and its quantity needs to be entered, the unmarked items will be considered as returned and we will have to choose the reason for it and deliver the bill.

 Let's See How to enable the configuration in POS:-

 1. Go to Tools -> Configuration Manager -> Configuration.



2. Enable the Configuration 'Allow to mark as return in GoDeliver app' and click on Save.



Note: This feature of allowing return is optional and it can be configured based on the requirement of the user.
