Outlet Change Password [HQ]
The Outlet Change Password screen is used to reset or update the outlet admin user password from HQ. During the initial outlet installation, the outlet admin sets a password. If the outlet admin leaves without sharing the password, it may result in login issues for the admin account.
In such cases, the password can be securely changed from HQ using the Outlet Change Password screen.
Follow the steps below to understand how to change the outlet admin password from HQ.
Open HQ and navigate to Admin > Configuration > Outlet Change Password.
Click the Choose Outlet drop-down list.
Select the checkbox next to the required outlet, then click anywhere on the screen to apply the selection.
Enter the desired new password, then click Save to update it.
Note: The password creation guidelines are displayed on the screen. Follow these instructions to create a valid password.
