Transaction Prefix Profile [HQ]
The Transaction Prefix Profile is used to link transaction prefixes to outlets when automatic allocation does not occur.
During Transaction Prefix creation, if the Company Group option is selected and the desired outlets are chosen, the transaction prefix is automatically allocated to those outlets. However, if an outlet is implemented after the transaction prefix is created, this automatic allocation will not take place.
In such cases, the Transaction Prefix Profile screen helps you manually associate newly added outlets with the required transaction prefix.
To link outlets using Transaction Prefix Profile:
Open HQ and navigate to Admin > Configuration > Transaction Prefix > Transaction Prefix Profile.
Click the existing Transaction Prefix name to open its configuration.
Select the outlets you want to map to the Transaction Prefix, then click Update to save the changes.
After completing this process, the transaction prefix will be successfully mapped to the selected outlets.
