Designation Master [HQ]
The Designation Master is used to create and manage multiple designations for the organization. These designations are applied to label employees in the Employee List, helping classify roles and responsibilities clearly.
Follow the steps below to understand the Designation Master process.
Open HQ and navigate to Admin > Employee Details > Designation Master.
Click the Add button.
Enter the Designation Name and Description, then select the required Reporting To option from the list.
Click the Save button.
Note: Once created, the newly added designation will be displayed in the list.
Click the Send to Outlet.
Navigate to Admin > Employee Details > Employee List.
Click the Edit button.
Click the Employee tab, locate the Designation field, and select the required designation from the list.
Note: If the Designation option is not visible in the Employee List, follow the steps below to enable it.
Navigate to Admin > Configuration > Masters.
Click the Contact master tab.
Choose the master as Employee.
Locate the Designation field and enable it by selecting the checkbox under the Visible column.
Click Save Configuration to apply the changes.
