Loyalty Program Info [HQ]

Utilize the Loyalty Program Master screen to set up a loyalty program and distribute it to specific outlets. Use the Loyalty Info tab to establish a loyalty program, and the Outlet Specific tab to link the loyalty program to designated outlets.

The Loyalty Program Master features three categories of loyalty, Bill, Item, and Category, designed to reward customers with loyalty points. The priority order is as follows:

  • Category based Loyalty

  • Item based Loyalty

  • Bill based Loyalty

Note: You can only create one type of loyalty program at a time.

Take a look at how it is done.

  1. Navigate to BPM > Customer Relationship Management > Loyalty Program Management.

  1. Click the Add button.

  1. Enter the Loyalty Program Name.

  2. Choose one of the following Loyalty Type Based on options.

  • Bill Wise

  • Item Wise

  • Category Wise

We will explore these options by case.

  1. Choose one of the following Loyalty Based on Mode of Payment options:

    • Yes

    • No

  1. Valid From is the date from which the loyalty program will be applicable.

  2. Valid To is the date till the time the loyalty program will be applicable.

  3. Min. Loyalty Points to Redeem: Below this mentioned point, loyalty points can't be redeemed.

  4. Each Points Value: It is the value of each point in rupees.

  5. Round-off not required: Whether you require loyalty points round-off or not. It has two options:

  • Yes

  • No

  1. Remarks: Here you can put your remarks.

     Let's take the example of Loyalty Type Based on as Bill Wise. 

  1. Fill in all of the information, including Loyalty Program Name, Loyalty Type Based on, Loyalty Based on Mode of Payment, Valid From, Min. Loyalty Point to Redeem, Round-off not required, Valid To, Each Points Value, and Remarks.

  2. Enter the Start Amt [Starting amount], End Amt [Ending amount], Each [Rupees], and points [Loyalty points].

Note: You can create multiple slabs.

  1. Click the Next button.

  1. Under Choose Outlet Type, select Apply to all Outlets or Apply to Outlets.

  1. Select the Add Outlets dropdown, choose the desired outlets, and click the Save button.

     Let's take the example of Loyalty Type Based on as Item Wise.

  1. Fill in all the information, including Loyalty Program Name, Loyalty Type Based on [Item Wise], Loyalty Based on Mode of Payment, Valid From, Min. Loyalty Point to Redeem, Round-off not required, Valid To, Each Points Value, and Remarks.

  2. Click the Add Items drop-down.

 

  1. Select the desired items by checking the associated boxes.  

  2. Click Save.

  1. Enter Units, Start Value, End Value, Each, and Points.

  2. Click Next.

  1. Under Choose Outlet Type, select Apply to all Outlets or Apply to Outlets.

  1. Click the Add Outlets dropdown, choose the desired outlets, and click the Save button.

 

     Let's take the example of Loyalty Type Based on as Item Wise.

  1. Fill up all the information like Loyalty Program Name, Loyalty Type Based on [Item Wise], Loyalty Based on Mode of Payment, Valid From, Min. Loyalty Point to Redeem, Round-off not required, Valid To, Each Points Value and Remarks.

  2. Click the Add Items drop-down.

 

  1. Select the desired categories buy putting ✔ on check boxes.  

  2. Click Save.

  1. Enter Units, Start Value, End Value, Each and Points.

  2. Click Next.

  1. Under Choose Outlet Type, select Apply to all Outlets or Apply to Outlets.

  1. Click the Add Outlets dropdown, choose the desired outlets and click Save button.

 

     Let us check how the Loyalty Based on Mode of Payment works.

  1. Fill up all the information like Loyalty Program Name, Loyalty Type Based on, Loyalty Based on Mode of Payment [Yes], Valid From, Min. Loyalty Point to Redeem, Round-off not required, Valid To, Each Points Value and Remarks.

  2. Enter the Start Amt [Starting amount], End Amt [Ending amount], Each [Rupees] and points [Loyalty points].

Note, you can create multiple slabs as well.

  1. Click the Next button.

  1. Click the Tender list dropdown.

  1. Select the desired tenders buy putting ✔ on check boxes.  

  2. Click Save.

  1. Put the Loyalty% and Multi Tender Hierarchy.

  2. Click Next button.

The rest of the options are the same as earlier.

When the loyalty program is created, click Send to Outlet.

To verify the loyalty program names at the outlets, open the outlet POS and do the following.

  1. Navigate to Customer > Loyalty Management > Create Loyalty Program

  1. Press or click F5 View button. You will be able to see the loyalty program name in the list.
