Loyalty Migration [HQ]

The Loyalty Migration screen is used to migrate loyalty points at HQ. You can enter the phone number and loyalty points manually, or copy and paste details, such as phone number, loyalty points, card number, and CID for loyalty cards, from an Excel spreadsheet.

To perform the migration:

  1. Open HQ and navigate to Support > Migration > Loyalty Migration.

  1. Select the required type of loyalty migration from the dropdown.

 

Options for Loyalty Migration:

  • Migration Without Card:

    • Use this option to migrate loyalty points for customers without a loyalty card.

    • Select the loyalty program, then enter the customer’s phone number and the loyalty points.

    • You can choose to add these points to the existing balance or overwrite the current opening points.

  • Migration With Card:

    • Use this option to migrate loyalty points for customers with a loyalty card.

    • Select the loyalty program and enter the customer’s phone number or card number along with the loyalty points.

    • The points can be added to the existing balance or used to replace the current opening points.

  • Points Adjust With Card:

  • Use this option to adjust loyalty points for customers with a loyalty card.

  • Select the loyalty program, enter the customer’s card number, and specify the points to either add or deduct from the current balance.

Example: If the customer has 100 points and you add 20, the new balance will be 120 points. If you deduct 20 from 100, the new balance will be 80 points.

  • Points Adjust Without Card:

  • Use this option to adjust loyalty points for customers without a loyalty card.

  • Select the loyalty program, enter the customer’s phone number, and specify the points to add or subtract from the current total.

Example: If the customer has 100 points and you add 20, the new total will be 120 points. If you subtract 20, the new total will be 80 points.

  • Migration With Card and CID:

    • Use this option to migrate loyalty points for customers with a loyalty card and CID.

    • Select the loyalty program, enter the CID or card number, and specify the loyalty points to either add to or replace the current opening points.

  • Migration Without Card and Cust Ref No:

  • Use this option to migrate loyalty points for customers without a loyalty card, using their customer reference number.

  • Select the loyalty program, enter the customer reference number, and specify the loyalty points to either add to or replace the current opening points.

  • Activate / Inactivate Loyalty Card:

  • Use this option to change the status of a loyalty card.

  • Enter the card number and select the desired status (Active or Inactive).
