Loyalty Card Up/Down Gradation [HQ]

Use the Loyalty Card Up/Down Gradation screen to upgrade or downgrade a customer’s loyalty card.

To Upgrade or Downgrade a Loyalty Card:

  1. Navigate to BPM > Customer Relationship Management > Loyalty Program Management > Loyalty Card Up/Down Gradation.

  1. Click Up/Down Grade to open the Loyalty Card Up/Down Gradation screen.

3. Put the Current Card Number. The Current Card Name, Customer Name and its point will be fetched automatically.

  1. Select the New Card Name and New Card Number from the lists.

  2. Click Update button.

 

After completion, the report displays the list of loyalty cards that have been upgraded or downgraded. See the screenshot for your reference.
