Calendar Master – Overview  

The Calendar Master in Gofrugal HQ is used to preset the type of day for each date in a month (for example, Working Day, Holiday, Weekend, Festival, etc.).

This configuration is especially useful while creating Production Targets, where production planning depends on the nature of the day.

Purpose of Calendar Master

How to Configure Calendar Master  

Follow the steps below to configure the Calendar Master in Gofrugal HQ:

  1. Navigate to BPM > Recipe Management > Calendar Master.

  1. Select the required Month for setting the calendar details.

Note: Only the current month and future months can be selected.

  1. The system will display the following information on the right:

  • Date

  • Day

  • Day Description

  • Type of Day

Note: The Date and Day columns are read-only fields.

  1. Enter a suitable description for the selected date in the Day Description field.

  2. In the Type of Day field, select one of the following options:

    • Normal

    • Good

    • Low

    • Dry

Note: The Type of Day is decided by the customer based on previous sales data and expected business volume.

  1. Click the Save button.

A confirmation message will be displayed indicating that the details have been saved successfully.
