Discount Coupon Pattern Assign History – Overview
The Discount Coupon Pattern Assign History screen in GoFrugal HQ is used to assign discount coupon patterns to specific outlets.
This screen is primarily required when the Coupon Type is “Generated” (Required), where coupons are issued with system-generated serial numbers.
Note: This screen is not required for Manual or Not Required coupon types, as those do not depend on serial-based pattern assignment.

Next Step
To assign the Discount Coupon Pattern Master:
Navigate to BPM > Customer Relationship Management > Discount Coupon Management > Discount Coupon Pattern Assign History.
Click the Assign button to begin assigning the Discount Coupon Pattern to the selected outlets.
The Card Name field is read-only.
Click on the field to open the list of available Discount Coupon Masters, then select the required Card Name / Discount Coupon Name from the list.
Click the Pattern Prefix dropdown to view the available prefixes, then select the required Pattern Prefix from the list.
In the Range From field, enter the starting serial number for the discount coupons.
In the Range To field, enter the ending serial number for the discount coupons.
In the Outlet field, select the outlet to which you want to assign the discount coupon range.
Note: Click the View Available Ranges button to display the available coupon serial number ranges on the screen before assigning them.
Click the Save button to assign the discount coupon pattern to the selected outlet.
A confirmation message will appear indicating that the pattern has been assigned successfully.
Note: After saving, the assigned discount coupon pattern will be displayed on the Discount Coupon Pattern Assign screen for reference and tracking.
