CSDS Contact Approval at Gofrugal HQ serves as a system to manage the creation of contact masters from the Outlets. When you set up a contact master, like a supplier or customer, it won't be added to the HQ contact master automatically. Instead, the HQ admin must review and approve the request through the CSDS Approval screen.
Understanding CSDS Contact Approval at Gofrugal HQ:
Key Points:
Purpose: Manages the creation of new contact masters (suppliers, customers, etc.) from outlets.

Important Configurations:
The Auto Customer Approval feature needs to be turned off in the HQ Setup Configurations. To do so:
Navigate to Admin > Configuration > Setup Configuration Settings.
Find Other Configurations on the left side and give it a click.
Look for Auto Customer Approval on the right side. It should be set to Disabled by default. Keep it disabled to ensure that the approval process runs smoothly.
Note: Auto Customer Approval operates in three different modes, which are outlined below.
Disabled: In this mode, auto customer approval is turned off. Customers must be approved manually through the CSDS Contact Approval screen.
All Customers: Here, every customer, whether added quickly or created from the Customer Master, will be automatically approved.
Loyalty Customers with Card: This mode allows only customers who possess loyalty cards to be auto-approved, primarily for centralized loyalty management.
Note: By default, quick add customers are not included in the HQ automatically. To include them, we need to enable a few settings in the software [HQ].
From HQ, activate the option listed below in the Centralized Tools Configuration.
For RPOS7 HQ, search for Dont save quick add customer in master, check the box and enable it.
For RPOS6 HQ, search for Save Quick add customer with Credit allowed as Yes, check the box and enable it.
