To configure CSDS Backup Interval in Gofrugal HQ:
Navigate to Admin > Configuration > CSDS Backup Interval.
Select All Shop Name or the required shop names from the Shop Name field, then click the Apply button.
Click the Configure button.
Note: Check the Interval value, which is currently set to 15 minutes.
Choose the required Backup Type from the list. For this example, select Minutes as the backup type.
Enter the HO DATA BACKUP INTERVAL.
Tick the checkbox next to Check All to select all outlets.
Click Send to Outlets to apply the settings to all selected outlets.
Note: You can configure different backup intervals for different outlets, if required. Refer to the examples shown below for guidance on setting outlet-specific intervals.
Set the Backup Type to Minutes, configure the HO Data Backup Interval as 5 minutes, select the required outlets, and click Send to Outlets to apply the settings.
Set the Backup Type to Minutes, configure the HO Data Backup Interval as 30 minutes, select the required outlets, and click Send to Outlets to apply the settings.
The CSDS Backup Interval settings will be sent to the selected outlets.
Once applied, you can verify the update in the Backup Time Settings screen, where the interval and other related details will be automatically updated.
