Export Easy Print Profile in TruePOS

Purpose:The Export DBA File option is used to create a backup of the database and application configuration details in a single file. This helps users securely store, transfer, or restore important business data during system migration, troubleshooting, reinstallation, or disaster recovery processes.

Pre-requisite: 

Before Exporting EasyPrint profile for TruePOS, ensure

  • You installed Truepos EasyPrint tool in your system and
  • EasyPrint tool is running.

Export Easy Print Design - DBA File :

 1 Check if the easy print tool is running, if it is running means you can able to find the green colour tick icon in the task bar

    If it is not running then go to the Easy Print installation directory (say for eg: Go to Local Disk C --> Program Files --> RayMedi Easy Print and double click on the printsync.exe  and you will be able to find the green colour tick icon in the task bar as appears below

  2. Open the Easy Print tool from the task bar by clicking on the icon as shown below

  3. The EasyPrint tool is now open and the window appears. Now click on the open design button.

  4. The design window is now opened. Go to General tab and click on Export.

  5. The window appears where the necessary profile needs to be exported. Browse the path in which you want to save, type the name as respective profile name for your reference and tick the profiles which you want to export from the current system profiles and Click "Export to DBA".

  6. The profile is exported, now copy and paste the exported DBA file for import the respective file to which system you want to copy the design file.
