Print Profile Import in TruePos
How to import the DBA File in "Print Profile Import" screen :
Print Profile Import option in TruePos is used to backup our print profile for Future base. For example : If the system was crased and formatted the OS, then we are installing the Print Tool freshly means we can export the DBA file through "Print Profile Import" option and Import the DBA file in our EasyPrint Tool. Kindly follow the below steps to import the DBA files in "Print Profile Import" screen,
Step 1 : First export the DBA file from the working system, I have attached the help link below for exporting the DBA File,

Step 2 : Login the Truepos and Go to Tools --> Print Profile Import screen
Step 3 : Click on "Upload" and select the respective DBA file from the respective path in which you have exported the print DBA file.
Step 4 : Tick the checkbox if you required the same profile to be reflect in GoBill software.
Step 5 : The import process completed successfully.

Ans: Once the profile is uploaded, you can tick the checkbox against the required profile. Then, perform an incremental sync in GoBill, after which the profile will be synced successfully. You can then map the profile and continue using it in the GoBill applications.
