Purpose: The Import Easy Print Profile option is used to import predefined printer configuration settings into the application. This helps users quickly set up printing formats, layouts, and printer-related preferences without configuring them manually, ensuring faster setup and consistent print output across the system.

Pre requisites:
Before importing EasyPrint profile for TruePOS, ensure

• You installed Truepos EasyPrint tool and
• EasyPrint tool is running.
  

  Import EasyPrint Design:

  1. Check if the easy print tool is running, if it is not running go to the EasyPrint installation directory (say for eg: C:\Program Files\RayMedi EasyPrint) and double click on the printsync.exe 
     The EasyPrint icon appears again in the task bar as shown below:
     
     
  2. Open the EasyPrint tool from the task bar by clicking on the icon as shown below
     
     
     
     
  3. The EasyPrint tool is now open and the window appears. Now click on the open design button.
     
     
     
     
  4. The design window is now opened. Go to General tab and click on Import.
     
     
     
     
  5. The window appears where the necessary profile needs to be selected.
     
     
     
     Now, a list of files will be displayed, choose the file (.dba or .sqlite) which was exported from the corresponding folder.
     
  6. After the file is chosen, the profiles will be listed in the tool, which can be chosen for importing.
     
     
     Then press Import button and it will get imported and the popup message gets displayed.
     
  7. The profile import is completed. Now press the close button and the window is closed.
