How to Uninstall Print tool in TruePOS
Purpose: The Print Tool Uninstall option is used to completely remove the Easy Print Tool and its related configurations from the system. This helps users clear outdated or corrupted print settings, troubleshoot printing issues, or prepare the system for a fresh reinstallation of the print tool.
Pre -requisite - Before Uninstalling print tool, Kindly take the backup of web print file which is available in the Raymedi folder and also make sure the print sync application is not running in task manager. If it is running, right click on the taskbar and click on task manager. Check if Print Sync is running. If it is running, select the print sync and click on END TASK.

Step 1 : Go to My computer -> Local disk (C:) -> Program files (*86) -> Raymedi Easy print
Step 2: Open the Folder _Uninst. Run the Unis000 application setup.
Step 3 : You will get the below pop up window. Type the letter "GOFRUGAL" or "GoFrugal" or "Raymedi" and click on Uninstall button
Step 4 : A Pop up warning message will ask for confirming whether to uninstall all the components in the folder. Give "YES" to continue uninstall

1) When I am trying to uninstall the print tool from my system and I am unable to find the Uninstall folder in RAYMEDI EASY PRINT folder? What can i do now?
Answer - Then you can reach to the support through live chat , they will copy their Uninstall folder in their system and paste it your system and after that you can Uninstall or else you can copy the Uninstall folder from other system in your store or from other store system if you have any and paste it in your system and you can try to Uninstall the Print tool.
