How to do stock count for tasks assigned from The Eye with GoSure StockTake?

GoSure StockTake not only takes the data from ERP, but now can take up stock count assignment tasks that are scheduled by our in-house AI and ML based autonomous reordering tool called 'The Eye.'

 

Benefits of GoSure StockTake integrated with The Eye:

For the reorder to be precise, it is essential that the stock count is accurate, and is done periodically. Now since the 'The Eye' is integrated with GoSure StockTake, the stock count tasks for items will be assigned to StockTake and based on the item count, 'The Eye' will plan for reorders, thus ensuring that reorders made are 100% accurate.

 

How to set the Delium's The Eye configuration and what is its impact?

Step 1: In GoSure StockTake web-app, go to Settings --> Stock Taking configuration. Enable the configuration 'Display "Other Tasks" in daily assignment screen always'.

 

 

Step 2: Now you can see the "Other tasks" tab visible in the "Daily assignment" menu as shown below.

 

 

 

Note: It is mandatory that all Sub categories under the Main category should be mapped to employees. If the mapping is not done, a pop-will appear to map the employees mandatory. For example, in the below example, the Main Category is changed to 'Model'. Since the employees are not mapped to the sub-categories falling under the Main category 'Model', the pop-up message appears.

 

 

Step 3: To map the unmapped categories, click on the 'Employee to Category mapping' menu under the Setting tab, and select the employee name by selecting the name from the drop-down.

Step 4: Then, press Enter placing the cursor the 'Add category' field, and you will see a list of all categories, from which you can filter the unmapped categories by enabling the checkbox "Show unmapped category".

 

 

NOTE: For using this feature, enable the configuration "Enable update stock button for correct stock items" under Stock taking configuration.

What will happen if the configuration is disabled?

If the configuration is disabled in the Settings, then the "Other tasks" tab will be visible only when there is some session initiated, and will not be visible always.

 

 

 

 

Conclusion:

Integrating 'The Eye' with GoSure StockTake will ensure 100% accurate reorders always.Enabling this configuration will keep the stock assignment screen from 'The Eye' visible always, thus ensuring there is complete monitoring of the tasks from The Eye.
