Step-by-Step Guide to Using REP Master  

1. Accessing the REP Master  

  1. Open your TruePOS application.

  2. Navigate to the Masters menu.

  3. Select REP Master from the list.

 

2. Adding a New Sales Executive  

  1. Click on Add New REP.

  2. Enter the name of the sales executive (e.g., "Ramesh").

  3. Save the entry.

 

3. Using the Sales Executive Name in Billing  

  1. During the billing process, select the sales executive's name from the Sales Executive dropdown menu.

  2. Proceed with the billing as usual.

4. Managing Existing REPs  

  1. To edit an existing sales executive, select the name from the list and click Edit.

  2. Make the necessary changes and save.

  3. To remove a sales executive, select the name and click Delete (ensure no pending transactions are linked).
