Login to Truepos after MFA Setup

How to login Truepos, after MFA SetUp?  

Step1:For Every successful Login, TOTP Page will displayed.

 

Step 2:Check the Authenticator app and enter the TOTP found in your Mobile Phone.

 

 

How to Set MFA Status as Optional?  

The MFA 'Not Now' button enables only when the administrator set MFA status set as 'Optional' and also can  set a specific interval for Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) notifications. During this interval, users who select the 'Not Now' option for MFA notifications, will not receive the notification popup for the specified number of days, as configured by the admin.

 

Step1 : Set the MFA status to Optional.

 


Step 2: Re-login with User credentials.

Step 3: If you don't want to configure MFA, Click Not Now Button. Based on the MFA Notify period, user will not receive the Notification Popup for the number of days set in Add-on Services by the Administrator.

 

 

 

Step 4: Now you can able to access the TruePOS application.

NOTE: If you click 'Agree',then follow the steps provided above to configure MFA, as mentioned above in the Mandatory Option.
