Overview  

 

The Settings menu in TruePOS offers a variety of options to personalize and manage your point-of-sale system settings for an efficient and customized user experience.

 

How many languages are supported in TruePOS?  

TruePOS currently supports four languages:

  • English

  • Tamil

  • Portuguese

  • French

  • Arabic

 

 

What options are available under the Personalise screen?  

The Personalise menu allows users to adjust several key settings.

 

Home Page Configuration:

    • With your cursor in the Home Page field, press the space bar on your keyboard.

    • Select any menu you wish to set as the homepage. This will be the dashboard that appears when you log in.

 

Maximum Idle Time:

    • Set the maximum idle time (in minutes), after which the system will automatically log out of the domain.

 

Change Password:

    • Here, you can change the password for the "Admin" login for added security.

 

 What information is available in the About menu?   

The About menu provides important details, including:

  • Customer ID - The unique ID assigned to your account.

  • TruePOS Version - The version of TruePOS you are currently using.


These functionalities in the Settings menu ensure users can tailor their experience, maintain security, and access essential system information with ease.
