Changing Login Password

Purpose:
This document outlines the procedure for updating your login password to enhance security and maintain account protection. Regular password updates help safeguard your account from unauthorized access.

 

 

Methods to access the change password option  

 

  1. Navigate to the Welcome page and click on the profile icon located on the right side of the screen.

  2. Click Personalise from the drop-down menu.

 

 

Steps to change your password  

 

  1. On the Personalise screen, locate the Change Password section.

  2. Fill in the following fields:

    • Old password: Enter your current password.

    • New password: Type the new password you wish to use.

    • Re-type new password: Confirm your new password by entering it again.

  1. Click Save to save the new password and implement the changes.

 

 

 

Important tips  

  • Choose a strong and secure password to protect your account.

  • Ensure that the New password and Re-type new password entries match before clicking Save.

  • For best security practices, avoid using easily guessed passwords.
