Concept of Conversion and its usage in Retail Easy - Part II - Conversion in Sales Module: Direct Sales Bill & Transfer Out.
Step1: Go to Sales > Sales Bill
Step2: Take the item (20-20 BTR BISCUIT 200G) and put the Qty as desired.
Step3: Press Alt + Shift + F12 [Conversion] buttons together.
Step4: Select CARTOON option from the UOM/Conversion LOV to apply the conversion.
Check, UOM:CARTOON(100) appeared under the item description and the Amount became 10000(100x100).
Step5: Press F6 [Save] button to bring up the Tender Screen.
Put the amount and save.
Step1: Go to Sales > Transfer Out
Step2: Load the Branch name and select the item (20-20 BTR BISCUIT 200G) and put your desired Qty.
Step3: Press Alt + Ctrl + F3 [Conversion] buttons together to bring up the UOM/Conversion LOV.
Step4: Select CARTOON option from the UOM/Conversion LOV.
Check the UOM:CARTOON(100) appeared under the item description & the amount became, 8000(80x100).
Step5: Click on Yes to save the transaction.
Conclusion: Using the Conversion options we can easily manage our Purchase, Sales, Transfer Ours and Purchase returns with different Conversion types.Related Articles
