Concept of Conversion Master and its usage in Retail Easy Pharmacy Vertical
Conversion is used to convert from one unit to another like from Pieces to Box, from Pieces to Cartoon etc.
Suppose you purchase items in Box or Cartoons and Want to sell in Pieces or in Box/ cartoon or transfer the items into different units you want. This Conversion option will help you do that.
For Pharmacy Verticals we have special options in our solution.
Check the details below, what options needs to be changed and how to apply the settings.
Step1: Go to Inventory > Masters > Items
Step2: Press Ctrl + F4 [Manage Tab] buttons together to bring up the Manage Tab.
Step3: In the Manage Tab window, locate Misc under the Caption window and "Conversion Allowed" under Original Caption. Put a Tick ✔ and click on Apply button.
Step4: Now open the Item Master and Press F4 [Edit] button to edit an Item.
Step5: Select the item from the list for edit purposes.
Step6: Now locate Misc tab and Locate "Conversion Allowed" field and press F2 to change the value.
Step7: Set it as Yes and press F6 [Save] to save.
Step1: Go to Purchase > Masters > Conversion.
Step2: Type BOX in the Conversion Type and take the item in the list you desire and press F6 [Save] to save.
Step1: Go to Tools > Configuration > Configuration
Step2: Search for "Apply Conversion during Purchase Return" and put a Tick ✔ and click on Save button to save the settings.
Conclusion: Using the Conversion options we can easily manage our Purchase, Sales, Transfer Ours and Purchase returns with different Conversion types. Related Articles
