How to configure Whatsnow in POS?
To start the whatsnow you need to do some config and set up in the RPOS6.5
The steps are followed bellow
STEP 1: Open RPOS 6.5 as ADMIN
STEP2: Click on tools > configuration manager >configuration
STEP3: select the configuration key and the configuration menu opens
STEP4: Select the "common settings"
STEP5: select the Additional setting option
STEP6:select the option called "Acess POS server"
STEP7: Press "save" to save the settings
Step8 : After you have saved the settings
Go to Help > About
Click on the option add on license
Select the option called "WHATS NOW"
Click on the option called "MAP USER"
After clicking that you will get a box to select the user
select the "USER" that you what to Give Access
STEP7:After selecting the user close the configuration
STEP8: Install the WHATS NOW app in the TAB or MOBILE and try to login to the application with particlura user ID and Password that you have selected
