Contact Attribute Master

Contact Attribute Master [HQ]

In Gofrugal HQ, the Contact Attribute Master is a powerful tool that enables you to define and manage custom attributes for your contacts. This flexibility allows you to tailor your contact data to your specific business needs, capturing essential information that goes beyond the standard contact details.

Key features and benefits

Customizable attributes: Create a wide range of custom attributes to capture specific information relevant to your business, such as:

  • Customer-specific attributes like loyalty points, preferred products, purchase history, etc.

  • Supplier-specific attributes like payment terms, lead time, quality ratings, etc.

  • Employee-specific attributes like department, role, skills, performance metrics, etc.

Enhanced search and filtering: Utilize custom attributes to refine your contact searches and filters, making it easier to find the right contacts for specific tasks or analysis.

Improved reporting: Leverage custom attributes to generate insightful reports that provide valuable business intelligence. For example, you can analyze customer preferences, supplier performance, or employee productivity based on the data captured in the custom attributes.

You can find various types of contact attributes, including "Relatives," "Employees," "MNC," and more. For instance, if you focus on "Relatives," you might want to identify all your relatives from the customer list.

Follow the steps below to get started using this example.

1. Go to MDM > Attribute Master Management > Contact Attribute Master.

2. In the Contact Attribute Master, click Add to add a new record.

3. Select the Contact Type Name from the dropdown.

4. In the Attribute Name field, type in RELATIVE. In the Attribute Data Type field, select String from the dropdown. Fill out all other details based on your needs. Then click Save to save the master.

5. To add values under the newly created attribute named "RELATIVE," simply click on it. You can refer to the screenshot below for guidance.

6. Enter values in the "Value" field as "Yes" or "No" to create them. This process is completely manual, and you can also indicate if they are Applicable or Not Applicable.
