Purpose
The DSR (Daily Sales Report) target is a specific goal or objective set by a distributor to define the amount of products or collections that salespersons aim to achieve within a given time period. It enables efficient tracking of performance and ensures alignment with business objectives.
Steps to Configure:
Navigate to Master Module:
Go to Master >> Rep >> DSR Target.
Select Salesman:
Choose the respective salesman from the provided list of salespersons.
Set Target For:
Define the target scope by selecting one of the following options:
Customer-wise
Area-wise
Market-wise
Beat-wise
Set Target Based On:
Select the target metric:
Amount
Quantity
Volume
Steps to Configure:
Based on the selected "Set Target For" option, the relevant data will be loaded into the Sales Target section. For example:
If "Customer" is selected, the corresponding customer details will appear.
If "Area" is selected, details of the areas mapped to customers under the selected Rep will appear.
After selecting:
Salesman
Set Target For
Set Target Based On
The corresponding data will load in the detailed section.
In the detailed section:
View the last year's performance of the salesperson against the target (Customer-wise, Area-wise, Market-wise, or Beat-wise, as per the selection).
A month-wise target input box will be available to set targets for the current financial year.
Enter month-wise targets and click Next to proceed.

View the last year's performance of the salesperson against the collection target (Customer-wise, Area-wise, Market-wise, or Beat-wise).
Enter month-wise collection targets for the current financial year.
After entering the targets, click Next to continue.

Enter month-wise targets for new customers for the current financial year.
After entering the targets, click Save and Send for Approval.
A confirmation popup will appear. Click YES to save the DSR Target.
Once the DSR Target is saved, it cannot be edited. Ensure the targets are accurate before saving.
Targets can only be entered at the beginning of the financial year (starting April 1).
By clicking on a customer's name, you can view their sales, collection, and new customer addition history for the past three years.

Targets can be entered starting April 1, the beginning of the financial year.
5. Why can’t I edit a saved DSR Target?
This restriction ensures the integrity of the target configuration for the financial year. Double-check your entries before saving.
6. Can I delete a saved DSR Target?
No, a saved target cannot be deleted. Always review data before finalizing the configuration.
