GoCheck Mobile App - Config
Setup Gocheck on Tablet or Mobile Devices:
Let's take a look at how to set up the GoCheck app on your tablet or mobile device:
Step 1: To access the mobile app, please input the mobile number and email address associated with the user in the security manager.
Step 2: Put the verification code (OTP).
Step 3: After you log in, choose the store.
Step 4: Press the ">" button to continue.
Step 5: Select the desired location from the list.
[Note: This can be changed later from the settings as well.]
Step 6: (Setup the settings section of GoCheck)
Item Sync:
To synchronise items when new ones are added in the POS and change the settings of the GoCheck App, simply click the settings button located in the top right corner. Enter the POS customer ID to continue with the sync or to log out.
The customer ID/Mobile No is provided as part of the credentials, ensuring that the customer cannot access the settings mode.
Click on the Sync button to sync the masters.
Show Details Section:
To enable details such as Total Stock, Base UOM, and Discount Details, simply check the boxes in the "Show Details of" section.
Make sure to tick the boxes next to "Show batch list for the items" to display various batches, and "Round off Net amount" to round the net amount if it has any fractions.
Other available options are MRP, Item Description, and Location Details.
Other available options are Expiry Details, Tax Details, and Offer Details.
We can hide inactive offers as well.
Apply Custom Logo:
To apply a custom logo of your company, just click on the "Apply Custom Logo" button.
Put the desired Logo Text and click on the "Upload Image" button.
For example, I have used the below logo.
Notice, a small logo will show. Click on the "Preview Logo" option to preview the logo.
The logo preview will look like the below image. Click on the "Apply Changes" button to apply the changes or click on the "Apply Default GoCheck Logo" to set the default logo.
This is the final output of changing the logo.
Change Location:
To change or select a different location from the settings, click on the "Selection Location" button.
It will display the location which was selected during the setup.
To change to a different location, select the other location and click on the "Done" button.
Save Settings:
Then click on the "Done" button to apply the changes.
Logout from the App:
To sign out from the device, simply click the "Logout" button.
Once you click the logout button, a confirmation popup will appear. Click on ok to logout from the device.
