How to convert sales order from franchise outlet in ServQuick?
If a restaurant has 120 outlets, and the owner wants to expand the outlets, the owner can sell his product, logo, and brand to another retail outlet. Once the Purchase Order is saved in a Franchise Outlet, the warehouse will receive the Sales Order. Then you have to convert the Sales Order to Sales Invoice.
Benefit:
This converting sales order to sales invoice eliminates the re-entering of data from the purchase orders, thus reducing time and effort considerably. The data entered in the system can be used by various departments like the sales team, warehousing, invoicing, accounting, and customer service.
Steps to convert sales order from franchise outlet in ServQuick
Step1: Go to Inventory, under Sales select Sales Order
Step2: Choose the Location from the drop-down
Step3: Click on the Convert option
-->All the details will be displayed on the next screen
Note: You can modify the Invoice Quantity and Selling Price of an item
Step4: Click on Save as Invoice to convert the Sales Order to Sales Invoice
Now you will receive the invoice details, which you can print. Using these simple steps, you can convert the Sales Order to Sales Invoice with less time and effort.
