How to do Year End process in ServeEasy?

The Financial year will vary between countries. In this document we will sail through the Year begin process APRIL 2023 - MARCH 2024.

 

Points to be Noted:

- Make sure the Server application is updated to latest version and the System date is Greater than or equal to 01/04/2021

 

Step 1: Log in to the application.

Step2: It will give you a pop up "Do you want to run Financial Year End". Click on "YES". 

Step 3: It will take you to another message box stating 'GOFRUGAL ServeEasy Year End process completed'.Click "OK"

Step 4: Now application will restart. Then you can enter your login credential and proceed.

Step 5: The successful completion of year-end can be verified by two ways:

 

First, Open Tools->Masters->Registration . 

Step 6: In the Registration Master, you can find the Fin Year Beg / End as " APRIL 2023 to MARCH 2024 "

Step 7: Go to Sales > Bill Entry.

Then check can be done by doing a Sales bill. The First bill after the year begin will start from Bill number 1.

This is how we have successfully completed the Year Begin Process.
