RetailEasy on-cloud provides two types of Sales Quotation Reports from which the Quotation status, Receivables, Item Quantities and much more can be viewed.

• Sales Quotation Summary

The Sales Quotation Summary report displays the Sales Quotation's header level information like customer names, Quotation amount and status, and provides an overview of the quotation.

• Sales Quotation Details

The Sales Quotation Details report displays the Sales Quotation's item level details like Customer names, Item names, Item Quantity, Item amount, Item level tax percent, etc. and provides a breakdown of the quotation.

How to generate the Sales Quotation Summary report?

Step 1: In the main tab of RetailEasy on-cloud, click on Reports > Sales

Step 2: From the drop-down of the Sales section, select Orders and Quotation > Quotation Summary

Step 3: In the Sales Quotation Summary screen, apply the filters by clicking on the Filter icon on the left panel

Step 4: In the filter section, we can fix the duration by Date, Location, Status, Stock Class and even customize criteria. Select the filters and click on Apply to apply the filters

Note:

• In the Date section, we can set the duration

• In the Standard section, we can set Location, Status (like pending, delivered, etc.), Stock Class. By default All Locations and All Quotations are selected

• In the Advanced section, you can set column based conditions

Step 5: The Applied Filter List appears on top of the filters panel. The Applied Filters can be edited or deleted completely by clicking on the delete icon on the right top corner of the filter panel

Step 6: The Quotation Summary Report appears as shown below

Thus the Sales Quotation Summary Report has been created and can be exported or scheduled for export. You can change the filters and group different data.
