How to manage delivery returns using GoDeliver app?

When the customer returns an item at the time of delivery then the delivery boy can save the return amount as cash(if the delivery boy returns the cash at the time of delivery itself) or can save it has Sales Return Slip (the return amount will be adjusted in the future purchases) in app itself. The delivery boy can return items using Sales Return Slip only if the bill is pre-paid. When the return is saved in the app as Sales Return slip by the delivery boy,the value of the returned items will be added as outstanding in the customer's account. The outstanding will get cleared and the stock of the returned items will get updated only when the Sales Return is saved in the GoDeliver portal.

 

 

1. Save as Sales Return Slip or RRN in the app

 

 

 

 

2. Once the bill is delivered with the return submitted by app, Click on sales return management in the GoDeliver portal to view the list of bills the sales return has been made by your customers. You can filter by the date and delivery boy to view the delivery returns as per your convenience.

 

3. Select the bill with returns, the items that are returned against that bill will be listed. Now, verify the returns and collect the items from the delivery boy and submit it. Once submitted the stock and outstanding will be updated.
