Learn about how to check HO Online Users from HQ.

Checking HO Online Users from HQ:

The HO Online Users screen is used to check/see the number of users connect at HQ at that point of time. This is an excellent option for the IT Admins to identify the logged in users.

To check the HO Online Users, go to Admin > HO Online Users.

A new window will pop-up in-front of you, where you will see the details like:

LOGIN ID

LOGIN TIME

CLIENT NAME

CLIENT ID
