
HSN Masters can be managed in HQ is very easy. As we are creating item masters in HQ, it is necessary to create the HSN masters in HQ.
Below are the steps to create and manage HSN Masters in HQ:
Step 1: Go to MDM > Tax Master Management > HSN Master.
Step 2: Click on the Add button.
Step 3: Put the new values in HSN Code, TAX Rate, Tax Slab Code, Description & Status.
Step 4: Click on the Update button to create new HSN Codes.
Note: Here you can search HSN Codes/GST Rate/Tax Slab Code/Description/Status and update the Description or the Activity Status of HSN codes as per your need.

Step 1: Go to Admin > Configuration > Setup Configuration.
Step 2: Go to Other Configurations
Step 3: Locate and set the "Enable HSN Description Mandatory" as NO/YES as desired.
Step 4: Click on Save.
Note:Step 1: Go to Admin > Configuration > Setup Configuration.
Step 2: Go to Item Master Settings.
Step 3: Locate the HSN Code Length and set it as 8.
Step 4: Locate the Enable HSN Code Mandatory as YES.
