How to configure the Maximum Loyalty Bonus Point allowed?

Maximum Loyalty Bonus Point allowed
Use configuration Maximum Loyalty Bonus Point allowed to limit the maximum loyalty bonus point, you can not exceed the maximum loyalty bonus point. On exceeding the maximum loyalty bonus point a message is displayed.

Note: To enable the
Maximum Loyalty Bonus Point allowed, select Allow Customer Loyalty Points/Amount as Yes.

Steps for configuring
Maximum Loyalty Bonus Point allowed -
  1. Click Configuration Manager > Configuration or press Ctrl + Shift + O.
  2. The Business Configuration screen is displayed.



  3. In the Billing section scroll down to-
    28.
    Maximum Loyalty Bonus Point allowed
    • In the Maximum Loyalty Bonus Point allowed field press BACK-SPACE to delete the default value and enter the maximum point that you want to give in billing manually.
      Example: 10 point can be given manually as extra loyalty points/amount in Billing.

  4. Click Save to save the configuration.
  5. Click Exit to close the screen.

Steps to check Maximum Loyalty Bonus Point allowed.
  1. Click Sales > Bill Entry or press Ctrl + B.
  2. The Sales screen is displayed.
  3. Go ahead with Bill Entry steps.
  4. Press * for billing. A Loyalty Pts/Amt screen is displayed.



  5. In the Extra Loyalty Points/Amount field, enter the points. Press Yes.
    Note: The limited Max Value is 10. You will exceed, A message Extra Bonus Points: You have entered wrong values is displayed.
  6. Enter a valid Loyalty Pts/Amt. Move ahead with Tender Screen billing steps.
